The first thing you want to do is create a character. To do that, click here:
Click! When you get there read the Sticky on how to create your character. Then, make a new topic with your name on it.
After that, I suggest that you go to the Academy Classroom. Located here:

Click. Create a Topic with the title like this: "[insert name here]'s Genin Test"
